Life can feel overwhelming at any age. Whether you are a teenager discovering who you are, a young adult navigating change, a parent or caregiver feeling stretched thin, or an older adult adjusting to life’s transitions, you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe human connection is at the heart of healing. My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief and loss, family and relationship concerns, self-esteem and identity development, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. I integrate person-centered counseling with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems concepts based on each client's individual needs. My goal is not to tell you how to live your life, but to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward the life you want. Wherever you are in your story, you deserve a space to be heard, understood, and supported.
