My goal during our time together is to provide you with a safe, and compassionate environment. I plan to bring authenticity into each and every session, and provide you with a space to tell your story without judgment. My biggest hope is that you will find a sense of trust and acceptance while in our sessions together. I'll bring years of experience with blended and integrative theoretical perspectives, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment work to help you reach your goals for therapy. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling in 2015 in Portland, Oregon. I received my Oregon license as a Professional Counselor in 2017, followed by my Washington license in 2018 as a Mental Health Counselor. I am recognized as a National Certified Counselor by the NBCC. To learn more, please visit my website: www.rachelfrankcounseling.com
