Introduction

Are you ready to feel less controlled by anxiety and more confident in your life? I provide specialized, evidence-based anxiety therapy by telehealth throughout New York State, with a focus on college students and adults struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, and depression. My approach is active, practical, and goal-focused. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients identify the anxious and self-critical thinking patterns that keep them stuck and learn concrete strategies to respond differently. Rather than simply talking about problems, we work together to make meaningful changes that can improve how you feel and function in everyday life. I also offer SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), an evidence-based approach for childhood and adolescent anxiety working directly with parents—not the child. Through individualized coaching, I help families reduce patterns that may unintentionally reinforce anxiety and learn new ways to respond that build confidence, independence, and resilience in their child. Whether you're a college student struggling with anxiety, an adult who feels held back by fear or worry, or a parent looking for effective strategies to help an anxious child, I offer personalized, structured treatment designed to help you move forward. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and determine whether we're a good fit.
