Introduction

Rachel is a graduate student counseling intern at Eastern Oregon University under the clinical supervision of Megan Snow, LPC. She is dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan, from young children (10 +) and adolescents to adults, as they navigate the diverse challenges of life. She passionately supports clients in overcoming challenges like anxiety, depression, work stress, and family issues, fostering a more peaceful and fulfilling life for each individual she works with. She has a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as supporting parents who are navigating the complexities of raising children with what many call behavioral challenges. Recently, she worked as a Behavioral Assistant in a specialized Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) School for middle and high school students. In this role, she directly supported youth facing barriers to their classroom success, gaining unique firsthand experience in addressing school refusal, academic anxiety, and adolescent behavioral issues. By combining this practical experience with a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic approach, Rachel strives to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where children, teens, and adults can overcome obstacles, build emotional resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.
