Introduction

Hi, I’m Rachel. Welcome to TwoByFour Counseling. I work with middle school-aged children through young adults—and the parents who care deeply about them. My approach is rooted in connection and emotional safety, trusting that every young person already has the wisdom they need to heal and grow. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, defiance, or self-worth struggles, I offer a space of genuine support and empathy. My philosophy is simple: I see you. I understand and I care for you, exactly as you are. My goal is to help families feel more secure, more hopeful, and more at peace in their relationships, knowing that real healing happens through authentic connection.
