I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor committed to helping you find self-acceptance and self-compassion. My work centers around helping you learn to regulate your nervous system and feel safe in your own skin so you can live fully and completely. I specialize in helping you establish a sense of safety and connection. I am trained in Polyvagal Therapy and EMDR, and focus on attachment and somatic based treatments. You and I will work together to understand how your nervous system protects you, and the emotional habits that keep you feeling stuck. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and value racial, body, and gender liberation. I understand that systems impact how we perceive and navigate the world.
