From my own personal experience, I know how difficult it can be to navigate these challenges. My goal is to help you traverse with ease and move towards alignment with your goals. I work with individual adults and teens, and specialize in trauma and PTSD, dissociation, OCD, and chronic pain. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. I help individuals reconnect with their innermost selves, process unresolved experiences, let go of old beliefs and behaviors, and reclaim parts of themselves that may have been lost or buried. Together, we work to build skills and insight that move you toward healing, resilience, and living more authentically.
