There is often a stretch of time—days, weeks, months, sometimes even years—of wrestling with inner discord before deciding to seek counseling. So much of who we are, and what we believe about ourselves, is shaped by our closest relationships. My approach to therapy involves exploring the internal belief systems that have taken root over time—especially those untrue or unhelpful thoughts you may carry about yourself. Through this work, I aim to help you cultivate self-compassion and reconnect with your most authentic self.
