Introduction

At times in life, we find ourselves feeling stuck, in our work, our relationships, or in a persistent sense that something isn’t quite right. Often these moments are connected to patterns that have developed over time: ways of relating, coping, or making meaning that once served us but no longer do. In-depth psychotherapy offers a space to slow down and understand these patterns more clearly, opening the possibility for greater freedom, clarity, and change. I bring over twenty five years of clinical experience working with adults and couples. My approach is insight-driven and relational, drawing from psychodynamic and analytic traditions while remaining flexible to the unique needs of each person. I believe therapy works best as a thoughtful collaboration - a place where reflection, understanding, and sometimes creative exploration can help illuminate new ways of moving through life’s challenges and transitions. Every journey toward change starts with a single step. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you, hear your story, and explore together how therapy might support the next chapter of your life.
