Rachel Jones is certified in Perinatal Mental Health and specializes in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. She helps clients navigate the challenges of parenthood while learning to advocate for themselves and thrive through life’s changes. Rachel also works with emerging adults facing anxiety and major life transitions, including adjusting to college or independent living, balancing responsibilities, and building a strong sense of self. Using a collaborative, holistic approach that incorporates solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and interpersonal therapy, Rachel supports clients in reaching goals that feel authentic to them. She sees clients in person in High Point and offers telehealth services throughout North Carolina.
