Introduction

Disclaimer: Calls/texts may not be HIPAA compliant. Life is full of choices that can lead us down different paths. At times, you may feel stuck! If you are seeking answers to the multitude of life’s questions, asking for help may be a good next step on your path. While the reasons people seek help can differ, what remains true is that everyone deserves to feel joy and fulfillment in their lives. If you want to explore your experiences and make changes in your life, you're in the right place! I work well with people motivated to learn about themselves. I provide services to teens and adults to support individuals navigating low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, interpersonal relationship conflicts, and trauma. Using a strengths-based approach, I aim to help clients understand the autonomy they have to work towards change. Change happens in small, intentional steps we take every day. Though it can be uncomfortable, I work with clients to support them in exploring change, with healing as the central focus.
