Introduction
EMDR Trained! Life problems create feelings of depression, loneliness, hopelessness, and anxiety. In therapy we explore the reasons for self-defeating behavior. As we become more aware of what we do and why, we can begin to make the necessary changes for a happier, more fulfilling life. Who would you be if you were all that you can be? Working together, we will build on your strengths, heal your relationship with yourself, and create lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Providing a safe environment where my patients can freely explore their experiences, I believe it is the therapist's role to join the patient in their journey. In addition to individual therapy - I offer co-parenting, couples and family therapy. My approach to therapy is that it is about the relationship. I use an eclectic style and I am warm, direct and engaged throughout the therapeutic process. You have struggled long enough and tried so many different things to help yourself.
