I draw from 10 years of experience using a mix of modalities including psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and treatment is tailored based on your specific needs. The practice serves adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, their sexual identity, their religious and spiritual identity, and relationship concerns.
