I am a licensed psychologist based in Portland, OR. I specialize in supporting adolescents (14+) and adults as they navigate anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and ADHD. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. I believe real change begins when you stop trying to fix what you think is "broken," and instead turn toward your vulnerability with compassion. As a neurodivergent clinician, I bring an honest, human approach to our sessions—modeling a space where you don’t have to hide your struggles or be the exception. Instead, you can work toward living a fuller, freer life. I work with individuals of all genders and backgrounds, holding a particular focus on the underdiagnosis of ADHD in women and those who hold marginalized identities. Whether you are dealing with identity-based systemic stressors or need support with family dynamics and parent skills training, my practice is dedicated to holistic, culturally informed care. Beyond my clinical work, I am a plant enthusiast and proud dog parent to Rocco, and I bring that same authentic, human energy to the therapeutic space we create together.
