You deserve support that honors the fullness of who you are. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or uncertainty about your next step, healing and clarity are possible. You do not have to carry it alone. My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, and collaborative. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore the connection between your mental, emotional, relational, and physical well-being. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, deepen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change aligned with your values and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance- and mindfulness-based strategies, and psychodynamic techniques. Grounded in multicultural humility, trauma-informed care, and attachment-focused principles, I help clients better understand how past experiences and relationships may influence their present challenges. My work combines empathy, curiosity, and practical tools to support lasting growth and resilience. I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology from New York University and a Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College. I also earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Communication, with a minor in Applied Psychology and Education, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. With experience spanning behavioral therapy, clinical research, health coaching, and mental health counseling, I am especially passionate about helping adults and young adults navigate self-doubt, relationships, identity, family dynamics, and life direction. It would be an honor to support you as you move toward healing, confidence, and a life that feels more fully your own.
