Introduction

You might look like you have it all together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, overthinking everything, and constantly questioning yourself. I work with women and young adults who are used to being the strong one. You may be the helper, the achiever, or the person everyone relies on, yet feel exhausted trying to keep it all together. You find yourself people pleasing, struggling to set boundaries, and feeling like no matter what you do, it is never quite enough. Over time, this can feel draining, leaving you depleted, unmotivated, or unsure of who you are outside of others. Often, these patterns are rooted in earlier relational or complex trauma. Together, we will begin to understand where they come from and gently shift them, so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. I also specialize in supporting women navigating the pressure of motherhood, as well as couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight oriented. I work from a psychodynamic orientation to build a deeper understanding of patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. While also focusing on creating real and meaningful change in your day to day life. I would be happy to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
