Introduction

I help people with intense stress, burnout, depression, and anxiety. I provide a supportive space for you to process what is going right and what areas you need to change or see things differently in your life. I have over 15 years of experience as a Psychotherapist and 20 years as a yoga and meditation teacher. I help teens and adults feel better and empowered. I use behavior change skills like DBT, family systems therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices to help you with difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and burnout. People I work with often say they feel better, get relief from anxiety, are calmer, less depressed and better able to communicate needs and deal with challenges in life.
