Introduction

If you are looking for a space where your intuitive heart and your deepest psychological healing can exist at the same table, you are in the right place. I believe you shouldn't have to leave your spiritual side at the door of a therapist's office, nor your rational mind at the door of a spiritual space. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, my practice is a sanctuary where grounded clinical expertise meets soul-centered healing. I am trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and fully LGBTQIA+ affirming. I work with clients of all ages—from children utilizing play therapy to teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, or complex trauma. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and psychological safety. This strong clinical foundation ensures you are planted firmly on the earth, making it safe to travel deeply into your own healing. I utilize evidence-based practices like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sandtray Therapy, and art activities, alongside optional intuitive guidance and energy work for those who wish to explore transformation at a soul level. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a master's in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. Whether we are untangling past trauma or doing deep inner-child work, my goal is to help you reclaim your wholeness and step into radical, authentic visibility.
