Hi, I’m Rachel Perez, a licensed social worker passionate about creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. We live in a world that can feel overwhelming, fast-paced, and often disconnected—where there’s constant pressure around how we should look, feel, and show up. I’m particularly passionate about helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build a more trusting relationship with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner voice. I care deeply about supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food and their bodies, learning how to process and understand their emotions, and finding a sense of purpose, passion, and connection—whatever that may look like for them, including spirituality or personal values. I work with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection—to ourselves, to others, and to what gives our lives meaning. Together, we work on learning how to process emotions, explore what truly matters to you, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
