Introduction

My practice is intentionally limited and focused; I primarily work with therapists, while welcoming non-clinicians seeking depth-oriented, structured support. I offer private-pay EMDR intensives, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, low-dose ketamine work, along with psychedelic preparation and integration for clients in Florida, with virtual services available for clients located in New York. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so they carry less emotional intensity in the present. EMDR intensives are focused, extended blocks of therapy that offer more time for preparation, processing, and integration, and can be a good fit for therapists and other adults seeking dedicated support around trauma, grief, relational patterns, or an experience that continues to feel unresolved. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic and attachment-focused psychotherapy, affective neuroscience, ego state work, and psychodynamic and Jungian perspectives. My goal is to offer a steady, collaborative space where depth, pacing, and integration are held together, so the work can carry into your relationships, your body, and your everyday life. Please note, I do not accept insurance.
