Introduction

I offer somatic therapy in San Luis Obispo and virtually across California for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves, their bodies, and their nervous systems. Many of the people I work with appear “high-functioning” on the outside while struggling internally with anxiety, stress, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm. Somatic therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and supported in your daily life.
