Introduction

I work with high-achievers who look successful on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled on the inside. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected, and begin to feel relief after just a few sessions. They often stay because they value having a consistent, supportive space to process their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life transitions. My specialties include couples therapy, family therapy, teen therapy, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mental health, and the perinatal period. I also work with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I’m here to help you get to the root of what’s holding you back—through gentle support and thoughtful challenge—always showing up with full presence, respect, and genuine curiosity.
