Introduction

Welcome to Evergreen Psychiatry! My name is Rachel and I can help you with mental health diagnoses, substance use, medication assisted treatment (MAT), medication management, and/or therapy for children and adults in Colorado. Life can be hard and I look forward to working through life's challenges alongside you! With over 15 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, my training is evidence-based. Do you struggle with anxiety or depression or uncertainty of knowing you are not feeling emotionally at your best? Do you wonder if you use too much alcohol or another substance? Are these things impacting your relationships or ability to live your life? I can help! In our initial visit, you can expect diagnostic testing, discussion of your unique needs, and options for treatment, including medication management and/or therapy. I can address a variety of mental health concerns, from anxiety to depression to many others. I also have special training in MAT for substance use disorders like alcohol, stimulant, kratom, opioid use, cannabis, and more, including safe prescribing of suboxone. I support many people who are not interested in complete sobriety and would like to explore their current use. I can provide outpatient detox care if it is safe if that is consistent with your goals, and if not, discuss higher levels of care/resources. My goal is to help you understand and manage your mental health so you can live your life with intention. I care. We will work together on your treatment plan to meet your goals for quality of life. Winner of the National Magnet Nurse of the Year Award and Nightingale Luminary Award for patient care. Fees: My fees are out of pocket and must be paid at the time of service. I can provide you with a superbill, which is an invoice of the services provided in your visits. You can then call your insurance provider to let them know you are seeing an out of network provider and submit your superbill for potential reimbursement.
