Rachel Schultz is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, families and couples. Rachel specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She works with anxiety, depression, PTDS, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, sexual abuse, trauma and ADHD. Rachel has experience working in a community mental health setting with children and adults in the child welfare system. She graduated from Northern Illinois University, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Rachel utilizes a strength-based approach to help clients recognize their strengths and skills to achieve their goals and make positive change.
