Jesse has worked as a therapist in the Rockford area in community counseling, child welfare, elementary schools, and as a trauma educator before transitioning to private practice. She is a nurturing and strength-based therapist who treats trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, abuse, foster care and adoption, communication and social skill building, sibling issues, self-esteem issues, and attachment-related issues. Jesse uses trauma-informed EMDR (SAFE), trauma-informed therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness, somatic therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and evidence-based practices and interventions.
