Introduction

Are you feeling weighed down and struggling with finding happiness again? Do you feel stuck and not sure how to move forward? Do you feel hijacked by emotions or memories? I work with teens and adults, offering individualized therapy that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Informed Therapy. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you develop confidence and build tools that support lasting healing and change. I believe therapy is a courageous step - and you don't have to do it alone! Together we'll work on helping you believe in yourself again, gain insight to the things that are keeping you stuck, help you achieve greater emotional balance, and a develop a deeper connection to yourself and others. I offer both in-person and telehealth options.
