Specializes in: Women's Issues, Complex trauma, Sexual Abuse, Trauma, Self-Harming,

Introduction

I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, lost their sense of self, or find themselves in the middle of a dark night of the soul — unsure of who they are or how they got here. My approach is psychoanalytic- and trauma-informed. We may work with dreams, imagery, the wisdom of the body, and the parts of yourself that have gone quiet. I am also trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, coherence therapy, and complex trauma. Above all, I am a guide — warm, grounded, and willing to sit with you in the dark. And ultimately, my deepest hope is that you leave with something more valuable than relief: your own inner guidance, steady and trustworthy, to carry with you.
