If you’ve ever found yourself saying, “Why do I keep doing this?” or “Why does this keep happening?”, you’re in good company. Life, relationships, and family dynamics can be beautifully complicated (and sometimes just… complicated). My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and rooted in helping you make sense of the patterns that get in the way of feeling connected and grounded. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with specialized training in relational work, grounded in the belief that the quality of our relationships shapes our well-being. In my practice, I help individuals, couples and families strengthen connection, heal past wounds, navigate challenges, and create patterns that support both individual and collective growth. My approach is collaborative, structured, and compassionate, with a focus on fostering lasting change through healthier, more fulfilling relationships. In addition to my master's education, I have completed Level One and Level Two Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use Gottman Couples Therapy in my work. I have also completed the first level of Attachment-Based Family Therapy Training (ABFT) and completed additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
