An attitude of curiosity and openness is encouraged as you explore together your underlying beliefs, assumptions, patterns, traumas, and other unconscious influences that may affect different areas of your life, functioning, and overall well-being. In the therapy space, you can safely balance between groundedness and exploration of self and personal transformation. Whether you struggle with feeling uncertain about the future or just need some support, guidance, or motivation it is with genuine care that Dr. Turetzky welcomes you to our work together!
