I work with adults who feel emotionally exhausted from years of pushing through, holding it together, and putting themselves last. Many of my clients feel burned out, anxious, or disconnected from themselves even if they appear “fine” on the outside. Therapy is a space where you can slow down and show up just as you are. I support both parents and people who are childfree by choice or circumstance, and I deeply respect the many valid ways people build meaningful lives. Whether you’re navigating the mental load of parenting, grieving expectations, or untangling your identity from cultural or family pressures, our work is paced with care and compassion. I focus on anxiety, trauma, ADHD in women, and emotional fatigue, particularly for those who have spent years masking or over functioning. I also support clients who are deconstructing or reexamining religious or spiritual beliefs. This process can bring relief and grief at the same time, and therapy can help you unpack shame, heal from religious trauma, and reconnect with your own values. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nervous-system informed. I believe healing happens through safety, curiosity, and self-compassion not pressure or perfection. If you’re tired of carrying everything alone, therapy can be a place to rest and gently find your way forward.
