Introduction

With over 20 years of experience, I help clients ages 12 through adulthood navigate life's challenges and discover new possibilities for growth. Whether you're working to change long-standing patterns, adjusting to a difficult life transition, feeling stuck, or seeking a greater sense of purpose, I provide a safe and supportive space to explore, heal, and move forward. I offer both in- person and telehealth sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility for my clients- whether that means meeting during a lunch break, after work/school, or while traveling. I also work with children ages 5-11 on a case-by-case basis. For inquiries regarding services for this age group, please contact me directly via email to discuss your child's specific needs.
