Whether you or your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, big emotions, or behavioral challenges, I’m here to help. I provide a supportive and structured space where young people can feel safe to be themselves and learn practical tools to thrive emotionally, socially, and spiritually. I understand the unique challenges that come with neurodivergence and oppositional behaviors, and I approach each child with compassion, creativity, and a belief in their ability to grow. As a Christian counselor, I’m happy to incorporate prayer, Scripture, and faith-based principles into our work, if that’s something your family values. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, ADHD, parent/child coaching, and behavior management techniques. I also use play-based interventions—including art and sand tray therapy—to help children express themselves and process emotions in age-appropriate ways. I work closely with parents to strengthen communication and connection at home. I believe in the importance of building up families with grace and truth—"Train up a child in the way he should go.." (Proverbs 22:6). If you’re looking for someone who can meet you or your child right where they’re at—with warmth, structure, and a hopeful outlook—let's connect.
