No matter the challenges you’re facing—whether you’re new to therapy or feeling discouraged after past experiences—my goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful space where you can better understand your symptoms and begin to create meaningful change. For many clients, this includes the lasting effects of trauma, such as feeling constantly on edge, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from others, or stuck in reactive patterns. Together, we work to understand how these experiences have shaped your responses while building practical skills to strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and support day-to-day functioning. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, parents and caregivers navigating some of life’s most complex stressors, including anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD, chronic illness, relationship concerns, and the impact of early experiences or unexpected life events. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals managing complex or layered presentations. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from CBT, DBT, and behavior-based approaches. I am passionate about work with clients impacted by forms of identity-related trauma and LGBTQ+ populations. I strive to create a space where insight and practical skills come together, helping clients create real changes that improve their day to day well being.
