Introduction

We are all together on this journey of healing from an acute case of the Human Condition— myself included. I found personal transformation through this work, and my greatest joy is helping others find the same. Even though I’m trained as a PhD neuroscientist and have deep knowledge of the neurological underpinnings of our illness and wellness, I’m not a huge fan of pathologizing labels. Instead, I see the parts of you that may be prompting treatment as wounded and burdened pieces of yourself that are actually trying to save your life. Using primarily Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I help people to connect to an innate source of healing and transformation that can release these burdens and restore healthier thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
