Hello! My name is Rachelle Friskey. I have been a mental healthcare provider for over 10 years. I work with children, adults, and families. I believe in approaching work with clients taking into consideration the"whole" person. I have experience working with trauma and crisis. My methods are research based and include, Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Art Therapy. My philosophy is based on building a strong base of trust and commitment to unconditional positive regard. We will work as a team and move through the therapeutic process together.
