Introduction

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with training and experience working with adults and teenagers who have struggled with addiction, depression, goal setting, trauma, and anxiety. I believe in helping others recognize their strengths and using those strengths to help them in their mental health journey by providing an individualized person-centered approach. I use a combination skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and strengths based therapy within my sessions. I strive to build a partnership with my clients to help them achieve their mental health goals. Learn more at my website: https://www.counselingbyhelpinghands.com/
