Introduction

Welcome! I’m Racquel, an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and thrive emotionally and mentally. I specialize in fostering resilience and emotional well-being through a compassionate, client-centered approach. My Counseling Approach I use a combination of Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows me to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them develop practical tools to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and navigate life’s challenges. My approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. For those who desire a faith-centered approach to their healing journey, I also incorporate spiritual practices to support their growth. My Story With over 18 years of personal recovery, my journey has been deeply influenced by faith, resilience, and the power of healing. These experiences, along with my professional expertise, have shaped my approach to counseling. I became a Counselor to help others break free from what holds them back and to guide them toward personal growth and emotional well-being. My belief in the transformative power of faith and inner strength drives my work with clients, helping them reconnect with their true selves and flourish in their lives. About Me Born and raised in Modesto, I am a wife and proud mother of four. After spending time as a stay-at-home mom with my kids, I’ve returned to practicing counseling with renewed passion and purpose. Outside of my work, I love having kitchen dance parties with my kids, outings with my hubby, traveling, coffee dates with friends, serving in ministry and cherishing moments of connection and joy in everyday life. Take the First Step If you’re ready to begin your journey toward mental and emotional well-being, I’m here to help. Contact me today to schedule a consultation and start your path toward growth and healing.
