I come from multicultural family and provide services in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Operating from an Adlerian lens, I utilize DBT, CBT and Psychoanalytic theory in my practice to assist clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD/OCD, acculturation difficulties, to name a few.
