I work with with neurodivergent clients, clients navigating ADHD, autism/ASD, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions (divorce, loss of a loved one, educational transitions, burnout), and self-esteem. I enjoy working with women, teens, young adults, and older adults who are thoughtful and want to deepen their emotional intelligence. As a therapist who has worked previously in school settings, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your emotional regulation, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward greater confidence, empowerment, and authenticity. I offer a safe, affirming, judgment-free space where we can collaboratively explore your past, make sense of your present, and thoughtfully and intentionally move toward the future. I will help you build self-trust, work through and understand past trauma, and make sense of what shaped how you see the world. I’m passionate about working with perceptive, sensitive individuals who want to develop greater emotional awareness, resilience, and self-understanding. It is important to me that my clients feel genuinely seen and accepted. Once we begin to experience being seen and accepted, we can begin to work toward change.
