As a LPCC who is trained in Marriage and Family Counseling, my clinical approach is rooted in a humanistic, person-centered framework that prioritizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. I believe that meaningful and impactful therapeutic change can happen in a safe and collaborative environment where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and are free to explore. My clinical experience includes Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples, supporting partners in identifying and transforming emotional patterns to foster a deeper connection. I am also trained in Gottman Method Level 1, and use this in my work with couples. I have also integrated cognitive behavioral therapy strategies in family and individual work to allow for development of communication, managing anxiety, and building resilience.
