Introduction

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it matters that you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning. I’m Dr. Randi Gray, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Randi Gray Counseling. I started this practice with a clear intention: to create a space where people could receive high-quality, trauma-informed care in an environment that feels both safe and genuinely welcoming. Over the past decade, my work has centered on helping individuals and couples navigate some of life’s most difficult experiences, including trauma, relationship challenges, betrayal, anxiety, depression, and patterns that feel hard to break. My team is trained in evidence-based and experiential approaches, such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, CBT, and DBT. These approaches and others allow us to go beyond just talking about problems and actually work through them in a way that creates lasting change. As the practice has grown, I have been intentional about building a team of therapists who share this same commitment to quality care. Every clinician in our office is trained in trauma treatment modalities and brings their own strengths and specialties, allowing us to thoughtfully match you with a therapist who fits your needs, personality, and goals. We have recently expanded our practice, adding additional office space and therapists, which means we are often able to offer immediate or very quick availability. Our front office team is responsive and supportive, so when you reach out, you can expect a real person to help guide you through the process, answer your questions, and get you scheduled without unnecessary delays. Clients often tell us they chose our practice because it feels different, calm, comfortable, and more like a place you can exhale. From the first phone call to the therapy room itself, we prioritize creating an experience where you feel respected, cared for, and not just like another appointment on a schedule. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to work toward something healthier, you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re here to help you move forward in a way that feels meaningful, steady, and grounded in real change. We have daytime, afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments available. We also have immediate availability.
