Introduction

We are dedicated social workers with over 35 years of combined experience, providing individual and couples counseling. Working with clients is both a passion and a privilege for us. We integrate mindfulness, internal family systems theory, dialectical behavior therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, and compassion into our approach, always with the belief that you are the expert in your own life. Our role is to collaborate with you, offering guidance and support as you navigate the changes you wish to make. We know reaching out for help can feel difficult, and we are grateful you are taking this important step. Change is possible, and it is an honor for us to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and well-being. Randi Schneider, CSW-PIP, QMHP Shelbi Thompson, CSW, QMHP
