Introduction

I specialize in trauma therapy for adults, helping clients heal from childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy. My work focuses on addressing the root causes of emotional distress so you can experience lasting healing, not just symptom relief. As a holistic, mind-body oriented therapist, I support clients in processing the deep, often unconscious wounds that impact relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being. I believe healing unfolds as we compassionately explore where your patterns began and work through them together in a space where you feel safe and supported. As a certified EMDR therapist, I help clients reprocess painful experiences, release unresolved emotions, and shift limiting beliefs formed early in life. I also integrate somatic techniques to support nervous system regulation and reconnect you with your body, along with parts work/IFS and inner child work to promote internal healing and self-integration. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you move from feeling stuck to feeling more empowered, connected, and at ease. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or impacted by past experiences, therapy can help you move forward. I offer a supportive space to explore your past, understand your present, and create meaningful, lasting change. With over 10 years in private practice and 15 years in agency and hospital settings, including therapy at Kaiser Permanente’s Department of Psychiatry, I provide holistic, evidence-based support for adults healing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University Northridge, and am a certified EMDR therapist (EMDR Institute), trained in IFS (IFS Institute) and Somatic Experiencing (Somatic Experiencing International), as well as a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, integrating mind-body approaches for deep healing and self-integration.
