Introduction

My approach is directive but acknowledges the client as their own expert. I use a systems-oriented, strengths-based approach to activate change. I'm certified in Addiction as well as Integrative Medicine & Nutrition for Mental Health I'm passionate about working with clients 18 and older, throughout the lifespan, navigating a wide range of challenges and transitions. My clients begin to trust themselves, honor who they are, and move forward with hope, courage, and strength. I bring assertiveness, honesty, and humor to my practice.
