Introduction

Helping individuals and couples find clarity, balance, and emotional connection. I work with individuals and couples who feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure why they react the way they do. For individuals, therapy becomes a space to explore emotions more deeply, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with a steadier sense of self. For couples, our work focuses on repairing communication, rebuilding trust, and restoring closeness that feels safe and genuine. Together, we slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and strengthen the emotional patterns that support lasting connection and well-being. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness-based practices to help you feel more balanced, secure, and understood in everyday life. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, and relational distress, and aim to create a calm, collaborative space where change feels possible. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Oregon, I bring over eight years of experience across court systems, schools, community agencies, and private practice. My style is warm, calm, and collaborative—I aim to create a space where honesty, compassion, and emotional awareness guide growth and healing. I currently offer teletherapy with weekday, evening, and limited weekend availability.
