I believe healing is done in relationship with others, and while the past may inform your present actions, the relationship you and I have can start to heal past hurts. This healing may include tools such as somatic work and other trauma-informed care in a culturally inclusive manner. I take a holistic, person-centered approach and can work with you through depression, anxiety, grief, sexual trauma, disordered eating, body image exploration, queer identity/sexuality exploration, and couples or family issues. My practice also is informed by over 15 years of experience with gender-based violence justice advocacy and birth work education.
