Introduction

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals, families and groups ages 10+. As a school social worker, I have tremendous experience working with children struggling with self-esteem, life transitions, family issues, self-harm, and behavioral diagnoses such as oppositional defiant and conduct disorder. I have extensive experience treating individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, as well as issues with substance and alcohol use. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can truly express yourself as we explore your past traumas and future goals together. My methods strongly emphasize cultural sensitivity and inclusion as I work closely with diverse populations, including individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and cultural minority groups. I encourage my clients to develop coping skills to improve their overall quality of life and to establish communication strategies to strengthen interpersonal relationships. I utilize a holistic approach that recognizes the importance of the mind and body connection. Through compassion and honesty, we can work together to create meaningful change towards achieving your goals. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you and together we can determine if my practice is the best fit to support you in your journey.
