Introduction

Hi, I’m Raven, LPC-Associate, supervised by Aisha Holman, LPC-S. I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale. Maybe you’ve been the person everyone comes to, while quietly trying to figure things out for yourself. Maybe you’re navigating a relationship, a life transition, anxiety, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to have the “right” words or everything figured out before starting therapy. My style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I’m not here to tell you how you should live your life. I’m here to help you understand yourself, make sense of what you’ve been through, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build the tools and confidence to move differently. I especially enjoy working with women and young adults who are ready to pour back into themselves and create a life that feels more aligned with who they are—not just what everyone else expects of them. Therapy isn’t about becoming a completely different person. It’s about getting back to yourself, growing into who you’re becoming, and creating a foundation for what’s next. If that sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I’d love to work with you.
