I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity exploration. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I’m also continuing my education in Trauma-Informed Care and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to expand the support I offer. Healing can be a challenging process—but it can also be incredibly transformative. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients as they take steps toward greater clarity, strength, and wholeness.
