Introduction

I'm Ravin D. Spicer, and I've spent years seeing people reduced to symptoms instead of seen as whole beings shaped by culture, community, and history. That's why I founded EcoSoul Holistic Wellness. My path began as an advocate with Bay Area Women Against Rape, then through community mental health, addiction medicine, and clinical work, each role deepening my conviction that healing must honor the whole person. I weave together depth psychology, EMDR, somatic practice, ecotherapy, and equine-assisted therapy, grounded in ancestral and Indigenous wisdom. I work with women navigating burnout, people carrying trauma and grief, men seeking authentic mental health support, and BIPOC clients who've felt unseen in traditional therapy spaces. Whether we meet virtually, on a trail in Joaquin Miller or Redwood Regional Parks, or alongside horses that reflect what words sometimes can't, we slow down and listen to what your body and story are holding. I'm currently accepting new clients for individual and group work. You don't have to choose between clinical depth and cultural affirmation. Here, you get both.
